The heavy walled Welding Nozzles are constructed from long lasting high performance copper for good heat dissipation, longer life and turbulence free flame. They are 100% performance tested and precision machined to provide the operator with a soft, concentrated flame for easy puddle control and excellent weld penetration. Welding Nozzles feature leak free, hand tight fixing. Welding Nozzles faces can be dressed using a fine file and the orifices cleaned using the appropriate nozzle cleaner. The flame shape and nozzle performance depend heavily on orifices having sharp, square edges. They should never be bell mouthed by using pieces of wire to clean them. Always use approved nozzle cleaners.
